What is Tixorama.com?

An online e-ticketing system that offers serve e-ticketing services for festival, carnival, live performance, gigs & band tours and business conference events.Fully equipped with secure payment check-out via Online Banking (FPX), Credit/Debit Card via Paypal & Boost e-wallet.

If I am unable to attend the event, can I get a refund for my purchased tickets?

No. All sales are final and there are no refunds.

What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?

Tixorama.com nor its parent company Seventeen Network Services Sdn. Bhd. is responsible or liable for any event cancellations or postponements. Event promoters/organizers/agents will have to address this matter in their terms and conditions directly to you, the patron. Tixorama.com will however require organizers, agents or event promoters to inform patrons on details of event change or postponement or cancellation.

E-Ticket

What is an e-ticket?

E-Ticket is some form of digital ticket (like ordinary paper ticket) that will be send to your email address (in the form of download link) that contains the event details and QR Code upon completing of your purchase. You need to save/download your e-ticket to your mobile phone. The e-ticket need to be present on the event day for you to check-in to the event. You can print your e-ticket besides than showing from your mobile phone if you want to.

Why the order shows “processing” after completing the purchase & I didn’t receive my ticket?

Your e-ticket is ready upon your completion of your purchase & it does not depends on the order status. You need to download the e-ticket from the email we’ve sent you or by logging in to your Tixorama account. Your ticket can be found under “My Ticket”. Please view it and download your e-ticket from there.

An instruction also informed you to download the e-ticket right after you completed your purchase at the check-out page.

How do I present my mobile phone ticket at the event venue?

Download the e-ticket after the purchase completion on the check-out page OR from the email you received OR log in to your Tixorama account and download the e-ticket in “My Ticket” under “View” section. The file will be in PDF format and will save on your mobile phone upon downloading. Find the PDF file and show it to the security that the guarding the venue of your event.

What details are on the e-ticket?

Name of event, seat number (if ticket with seating plan), Ticket ID, date, time, venue, secure QR Code and a secure barcode.

I do not have a mobile phone or computer. How do I receive my e-tickets?

The Tixorama.com ticketing process is built on and relies on web sales and e-ticket delivery. You need to have a mobile phone or computer to download your e-ticket.

What do I do if I don’t receive my tickets via email/mobile phone?

If you haven’t received your email and attachments through your computer or email browser on your mobile phone, check your spam or junk folder. You can also download the e-ticket by log in to your account at Tixorama.com and download your e-ticket under Menu “My Ticket” under “View” tab. If still you can’t find it, contact us at info@tixorama.com or director@lokein.com

Do I need to print out my e-ticket?

You do not need to. You can just show the e-ticket through your mobile phone. However, you can if you want to.

How do I purchase tickets?

Just click “Buy Now” on the ticket section of the event you want to attend and follow the on-screen instructions. Your information and details are kept in a secure transaction, so you don’t have to worry about them.

What sort of payment modes does Tixorama.com accept?

We accept payment through Online Banking (FPX), Credit/Debit Card via Stripe & Boost e-wallet

How do I get a receipt for my ticket purchase?

Your email confirmation will include an automatically produced receipt for your purchase.

How do I keep track of my transaction?

All details of the transaction will be on your email receipt. Log on to Tixorama.com to check new event updates.

Do I need to purchase ticket for my child?

This depends on the admission rules for the event. Unless specified, usually infants and children without tickets will not be admitted. However this differs from event to event. Please check the admission rules on the event page for more details.

Is there a time limit when I purchase tickets online?

Yes. Once you’ve begun the purchase process, your seats will be held for 10 minutes. You’ll need to complete your transaction within that time or your seat will be released to someone else.

Is there a limit to the tickets I purchase online?

Ticket limits may vary depending on the event.

Can I cancel my ticket purchase?

Once your transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled or exchange and any payment made are not refundable.

How can I seek assistance when purchasing tickets on Tixorama.com?

Is my online purchase secure?

Yes. It is fully secure through our secure payment check-out on our platform that fully complies with PCI DDS Level 1 & PSD2.

Can I select my own seats?

This depends on the event venue. Where seating plans are available, you will be able to select specific seats.

Can I upgrade or downgrade purchased tickets?

No. All sales are final.

Does Tixorama.com offer business-to-business opportunities to event organisers and promoters?

Yes. Tixorama.com is an e-commerce version of the ticket broker business. We offer event organizers and promoters an avenue to sell their tickets online through Tixorama.com’s secure electronic ticketing platform.

How do I participate in Tixorama.com as a merchant/organizer/agent/promoter?

How do I sell tickets to my event on Tixorama.com?

We can supply a web page or link direct from the merchant or promoter’s event page at Tixorama for tickets sold exclusively by Tixorama.com.

You can share the link to your social media or your website.

How do I list my event on Tixorama.com?

Can I edit my listings?

Yes you can. Please contact us at info@tixorama.com or director@lokein.com to do so.

How do I make an event or price correction in a current listing?

Please contact us at info@tixorama.com or director@lokein.com. We will update the price for you.

Can I list my company profile?

No. You may only list the event you are promoting however, we will let audience know who is the organizer is through the event page. Please complete the details on the spreadsheet that we sent to your email upon requesting to use our service.

Are there specific types of events Tixorama.com will not allow me to sell tickets?

Please write to info@tixorama.com or director@lokein.com on the event you have in mind and we will revert a decision.

Yes.

How do I set prices to my tickets?

You set prices to tickets based on current market trend. Take into consideration that Tixorama.com will charge a booking fee.

What is the fee structure for tickets sold on Tixorama.com?

There is an “Inside” and “Outside” charge applicable depending on the type of event, promotional materials needed and marketing portfolio.
